SHIPPING ORIGIN & HOURS OF OPERATION
All orders are processed and dispatched from our facility located in Venlo, The Netherlands. Our standard shipping operations take place between Monday and Saturday, from 09:00 to 17:00 CET. Please note that orders placed outside of these operating hours, or on public holidays, will be processed on the next available business day.
SHIPPING DESTINATIONS
BLYND exclusively ships to addresses within the European Union (EU) and United States. At this time, we do not offer international shipping to countries or territories outside of the EU and United States. The delivery address will be the address that you, the consumer, have provided to us during the checkout process.
PROCESSING & DELIVERY TIMEFRAMES
We strive to execute all accepted orders with due speed. Products are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days of receiving your order confirmation and payment.
While we aim to meet these timelines, please note that all delivery times are estimates provided by the shipping carriers and are not guaranteed. However, in accordance with our Terms & Conditions, your order will be delivered no later than 30 days unless a longer delivery period was explicitly agreed upon.
SHIPPING COSTS
Any applicable delivery costs will be calculated and clearly displayed during the checkout process before you finalize your order, in accordance with the pricing provided in our initial offer.
RISK OF LOSS AND DAMAGE
In accordance with EU consumer protection laws, BLYND bears the risk of damage and/or loss of your products during transit. This risk rests with us until the exact moment the product is physically delivered to you, or to a pre-designated representative made known to us.
DELAYS AND IMPOSSIBILITY OF DELIVERY
If the delivery of your order is significantly delayed, or if an order cannot or can only partially be carried out, we will inform you of this no later than 30 days after you placed the order. In such cases, you have the right to dissolve the contract without cost, and any amounts paid will be refunded as soon as possible. If delivery of an ordered product proves impossible, we will make an effort to provide a replacement item, which you will be notified of clearly and comprehensibly.
