RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL (30-DAY COOLING-OFF PERIOD)
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to exercise your right of withdrawal and request a return.
RETURN SHIPPING WINDOW
Once you have notified us of your intent to return the item and we have confirmed that your product is eligible for a return, you have a maximum of 30 days from the date of our confirmation to physically ship the product back to us.
RETURN SHIPPING COSTS
Please note that all costs associated with returning the product are the sole responsibility of the buyer (consumer). We do not cover return shipping fees, and you will be responsible for purchasing your own return shipping label through your preferred carrier.
ELIGIBILITY & CONDITIONS
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the exact same condition that you received it: unworn or unused, with all tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these criteria.

DAMAGES AND ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. This allows us to promptly evaluate the issue and make it right.
EXCEPTIONS / NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
Certain types of items cannot be returned under any circumstances. In accordance with applicable laws, the right of withdrawal is excluded for:

Products made to the consumer's specifications (custom or personalized items);

Products that are clearly of a personal nature (such as personal care and beauty goods);

Perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants);

Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases;

Audio and video recordings or computer software where the seal has been broken.
Additionally, we cannot accept returns on final sale items or gift cards. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
EXCHANGES
We do not offer direct exchanges. The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have in accordance with this policy and, once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
REFUNDS
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method as soon as possible, but no later than 30 days after we receive the returned product. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
